A Business Owner’s Perspective
Born in Taiwan and raised in Vancouver, I’ve called this city home for more than 30 years. Alongside my work in mortgages, I’ve owned and operated Muse Hair & Beauty Salon since 2010.
Running a business has given me firsthand experience with managing cash flow, planning for growth, and making decisions that affect both a business and a household. It also helps me understand why a business owner’s financial circumstances may need more explanation than a straightforward paycheque.
I entered mortgage brokering in 2023 after completing UBC Sauder’s Mortgage Brokerage Course. Today, I work with Fanson Capital Mortgages, helping clients explore residential and commercial financing options.
My aim is to make the process understandable, so you know what is being proposed, what it costs, and what needs to happen next.
